Penn Township Park
Penn Township is home to two beautiful parks. The first is the original park, Penn Township Park, located next to the township building on Lewis Road. This is a meticulously maintained 11-acre passive park, we do not allow dogs, alcohol, bikes, scooters, skate boards or other wheeled devices. Penn Township Park is open daily from dawn to dusk.

- The Penn Fitness Park - an outdoor fitness center for ages 13+
- A 1+ mile walking path - this is a smoothly paved path suitable for all abilities and wheel chair accessible
- The Penn Book Nook - located by the playground, a take-a-book, leave-a-book library
- The Penn Park Butterfly Garden
- Play tee-pees - built as part of an Eagle Scout project
- Sand volleyball court - bring your own equipment
- (2) Horse shoe pits - bring your own equipment

- A large park pavilion - available to rent

Coming soon! We're excited to announce some new amenities coming to Penn Township Park! First, we will be adding two regulation bocce courts near gazebos 1 & 2. Our second addition will be an amphitheater! This project was funded by the PA Department of Conservation of Natural Resources via a Community Conservation Partnership Grant. The amphitheater will include a 35-foot-wide stage, electricity, dressing rooms, and a storage area. It will be located in the center field area of the park, facing Baltimore Pike so as to direct sounds away from residential areas and allow for a natural seating area on the lawn.

Park Facilities Rentals - The park facilities, including, our park pavilion, gazebos, and fire pit, are all available to rent. Anyone is allowed to rent our facilities, but Penn Township residents receive a discount. We do not rent our facilities for fundraisers, soliciting purposes or public political functions unless you have written permission from the Board of Supervisors.
