• A public hearing was held on Wed., Oct. 17, 2018 and continued to Wed., Nov. 7, 2018 regarding the proposed Penn Township zoning ordinance update. During that time, we heard a number of comments which bear revisiting. Solicitor Sam McMichael asked me to compose a memo and list of comments. The Penn Planning Commission is the appropriate body to review, consider and recommend action or inaction to the Penn Supervisors. The list is attached here and may be incomplete as we continue to receive comments.

If you wish to continue participating in the revision process, you are invited to a public meeting/work session of the Penn Planning Commission during their regularly scheduled meeting on Wed., Nov. 28, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. in the Finnen Community Room at the Township Building, 260 Lewis Road, West Grove, PA. The Planning Commission meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 7:30 p.m. and always open to the public. (There will be an adjustment to the December meeting which we will advertise due to the holiday). The Planning Commission will continue to work on the zoning ordinances until they are complete and ready for the Supervisors.

If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to reach out to me. Thank you for your continued interest in our community!
