Resolution 2026-03 -- Declaration of Emergency Regarding the Phorid Fly Infestation

At the January 20, 2026 Board of Supervisors Work Session the Board of Supervisors passed Resolution 2026-03. This resolution is a Declaration of Emergency regarding the phorid fly infestation and emission of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) as a true public health and economic emergency.
