More Event Cancellations and a Message About Future Events

As April comes to a close we regret to report a few more event cancellations. In addition to our May 9th Shredding Event we are cancelling the May 27th Senior Health & Fitness Day and the June 6th and 13th Junior Medic Camp. Per Governor Wolf's orders, large group gatherings are still banned and we are not sure when that ban will be lifted. We also feel this is the safest measure for the public and staff to take until the COVID-19 threat lessens.

With all that being said, Penn Township still remains dedicated to providing our immediate and surround community with a variety of fun, family friendly and useful experiences and services. We endeavor to reschedule or revise every event or activity that must be cancelled due to COVID-19. What cannot be rescheduled will be replaced with another meaningful event or program. All events and activities that take place this summer and for the foreseeable future will align with any national or state mandates and proper safety measures will be taken to ensure public safety as best we can.

There is still much to look forward to this summer and with proper precautions we will strive to make it all possible.

Stay safe and take care.
