Keystone 65 Complete Consumers in Chester County (only)
Seniors on Medicare and Medicaid (ACCESS card) that are losing their "Keystone 65 Complete" benefits please read:
You have two options:
Option 1:
- Starting January 1 you will use your Medicare card and ACCESS card for your Doctors and Hospital.
- You can call 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227) for a new drug plan. Be sure to tell Medicare that you are on Medicaid. You will use the drug plan card starting January 1, 2010.
Option 2:
- Starting January 1 you will use your Medicare card and ACCESS card for your Doctors & Hospital.
- If you do nothing, Medicare will enroll you into a drug plan and you will automatically be placed back into Medicare with a drug plan. You will use the drug plan starting January 1, 2010.

If your Keystone 65 Value plan is being discontinued, you can enroll in an Aetna plan as follows:

Make sure any new plan includes your doctor in the network, so call your doctor to make sure he/she will take the plan.
If you are eligible for Extra Help, you may get some help with part of your premium. For the Aetna Standard, it could be $14.00 and for the premier plan it could be $32.00.
You may also want to make sure your current drug plan or HMO covers your drugs. To do this, log on to the Medicare website and enter your medications (www.cms.gov).
If you need assistance to enroll in a new plan, call APPRISE at 610-344-500. This phone number is not manned so you'll need to leave a message with your name and phone number. Typically calls are returned within 24 hours, but may take a bit longer longer during to high call volume.
